The PGA Tour’s Playoff Problem

by Bill Hobson

Welcome to the Fore Golfers Network Podcast Ep 360 – The PGA Tour’s Playoff Problem

There is NO reason it should take 15 minutes for a playoff to begin on the PGA Tour, but that was once again the case at the conclusion of the final Honda Classic as Chris Kirk and Eric Cole battled against each other and the setting sun.

This is a problem with an easy solution, so why is the Tour stuck in the path that loses audience, always battles daylight, and can be so easily fixed?

We’ll discuss it with PGA Tour Champions player Tom Gillis and implore YOU to help make the case that it’s time for change in the way the Tour handles playoffs.
